Examples of Great Reference Photos

I paint directly from the reference photos you provide. It is SUPER important to choose photos that captures how you see/remember them. The higher the quality the image, the more realistic your painting will turn out.

Choose clear images with good lighting. Being able to see every little detail in the eyes and nose is critical. These features are what brings the painting to life.

I highly recommend sending in more than one picture so I can visualize which will look best on canvas.

Order Process

  • Send me an email with your high quality reference photos of your pet and any special requests: colors, background, etc.

  • I’ll reach out as soon as possible to iron out the details of canvas size, price, timing, etc.

  • I will send you an invoice for full payment which can be paid online with a credit card.

  • Shipping cost and insurance is included in the price above.

  • Note for Georgia Residents: Georgia Sales Tax (8%) will be added to the above prices.

  • Estimated completion: 5-6 weeks depending on my queue at the time of order..

  • When your painting is done but not dry, I will reach out with a high-resolution proof for final approval. If all is okay, I will set your painting aside to dry (can take several days), then varnish (needs 24hrs to dry after varnishing), and prepare for shipping.

  • I typically use USPS Priority and include insurance. Tracking will be sent via email when I drop your piece off at the Post Office.

  • Your beautiful custom painting arrives ready to hang or frame!

Payment Terms

  • 100% of payment is required to begin work and secure your spot in the queue.

  • I will send you an invoice for payment which can be paid online with a credit card.

Notes / Special Terms

  • Artwork remains property of the artist until paid in full.

  • Copyright remains with the artist; client receives personal use rights. Commercial/license use available for additional fee.
