18 × 24” Acrylic Gesso Board Original
This was my first project painted in our new home. Right outside of my studio window you can look out and see our neighbor’s sunflower field. I wanted to shake it up and try a metallic paint background but I didn’t feel that the flowers popped enough. I added the light blue sky and outlined the petals and leaves with the metallic paint to give it a stained glass look. Cool part about this painting is it looks so different with the change of lighting in the room.
